Lawyer Alessio Gennari
He graduated at the University of Pavia in 2002 with a dissertation in Commercial Law. Afterward he got a degree at the Specialisation School for legal professions at the same university and at the Luigi Bocconi University, where he won a research Ph.D scholarship in Law Business and Commerce.
As well as taking part in various conferences as a lecturer, the lawyer has attended the Commercial Law Department of the Queen Mary University and the institute of advanced legal studies of London as a researcher, taking a deep and comparative analysis of the company responsibilities, the managers and their relationships with the partners and the society.
His Ph.D dissertation in Compared Penal Commercial Law have examined the crisis of the companies and the possible penal responsibilities of the administrators, the liquidators, the attestant bodies and the statuatory auditors in the negotiation procedures for the resolution of the crisis itself. The lawyer is still currently working in the academic field, pursuing his research activity.
